Workshop Technician – Robotic Lawnmowers – Lawn & Garden Division

We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Technician for Robotic Lawnmowers within our Lawn & Garden Division.

The Lawn & Garden Division has a comprehensive range of premium quality lawnmowers and powered garden equipment from leading brands suitable for both domestic and professional user. The latest Cub Cadet robotic mowers raise the bar for automated lawn mowing with all the power and performance for effortless, precise mowing.

Responsibilities include technical support to dealers and consumers on Robotic lawnmowers, liaising with manufacturers for fault finding and training, providing training to the dealer network, assisting dealers with robotic installations and attending national and regional events and shows. 

The successful candidate will have a mechanical engineering qualification or be workshop trained, have a minimum of 5 years in the lawn and garden equipment industry or related business, ideally have experience with robotic mowers and some Zendesk helpdesk experience. 

A full driving licence is essential as some on-site dealer technical support will be required.
