Barrus Ltd has announced a new collaboration with Thermos®, bringing the globally renowned thermal insulation brand to UK garden centres.
With more than a century of innovation behind it, Thermos® is recognised worldwide for its high-performance vacuum insulation technology, helping consumers keep food and drinks hot, cold and fresh wherever they go. Through the new partnership, Barrus will supply garden centres across the UK with an extensive portfolio spanning hydration, food storage, outdoor essentials and character-led children’s products.
Combining Thermos®’s heritage of quality and performance with Barrus’s established distribution network and retail expertise, the partnership gives retailers access to a trusted brand with broad consumer appeal and strong seasonal opportunities.
The range has been developed around four key product categories:
Back-to-school favourites featuring Disney and Pixar characters
The Thermos® Kids Collection is designed for everyday school life, packed lunches, days out and family adventures. Featuring the brand’s popular FUNtainer® technology, the range combines reliable insulation with child-friendly designs that are easy to use and built to last.
Key products include the new Disney Pixar Toy Story collection, featuring 470ml stainless steel hydration bottles decorated with much-loved characters including Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and Alien – perfectly timed to coincide with the release of the latest Toy Story film and the back-to-school shopping season.
The collection also includes Disney Lion King and Stitch designs, insulated food jars and lunch bags made from 100% recycled rPET fabric.
Everyday hydration with Thermos® Icon Series
Designed for commuters, outdoor enthusiasts and consumers looking for reliable hydration solutions, the Thermos® Icon Series combines contemporary styling with trusted insulation performance.
The collection includes leak-proof travel tumblers, cold cup straw tumblers, and a range of insulated water bottles in a selection of modern colourways.
Outdoor and on-the-go food storage
For consumers who need dependable temperature retention throughout the day, the Thermos® range includes classic insulated flasks and food storage solutions.
Products include 1.2L vacuum flasks, ideal for outdoor activities and long days away from home, alongside 710ml food flasks featuring wide-mouth designs and integrated stainless steel spoons.

To support retailers and maximise sales opportunities, Barrus is offering a selection of Floor Standing Display Units (FSDUs), designed to create a strong visual impact and make it easy for customers to shop the range.
