Technical & Warranty Administrator.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

The Role

We are currently looking to appoint a Technical & Warranty Administrator to join our Industrial Division and play a key role in supporting our technical and aftersales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer and internal enquiries efficiently.
  • Administering workshop and field service job cards to completion.
  • Coordinating field service diaries and technical workloads.
  • Managing warranty administration and manufacturer claims.
  • Raising and processing invoices for labour and parts.
  • Maintaining accurate data across CRM and SharePoint.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in customer service or aftersales environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail regarding invoicing and data.
  • Good academic qualifications (A-level or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
