1. This promotional discount voucher entitles the named bearer to the following discounts on qualifying purchases:
   • 5% discount on Simrad and International Paint products.
   • 10% discount on Guidi, Talamex, Seaflo, Glomex, MG Duff, Barton, August Race, Rocna Mk 1, Vulcan and Titan, Blue Gee, Besto, and Talamex Inflatables.
2. The promotion is valid from 18 September 2026 until 27 September 2026 inclusive.
3. The promotional discount code may only be redeemed at participating Southampton International Boat Show 2026 exhibitors: Cactus Navigation – Stand H250 and A21, Jimmy Green – Stand H8, Compass Marine – Stand A10, YouBoat – Stand W34, French Marine – Mercury/Yanmar Stand P122 & P123, and Lindon Lewis – Stand A56.
4. The promotion may only be used by customers whose name and address match the details registered on the Leadr Collection App. Proof of eligibility may be requested.
5. Personal data collected for this promotion, including name and address details registered on the Leadr Collection App, will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, preventing misuse, and handling redemption queries, in accordance with Barrus Ltd’s applicable privacy notice.
6. Only one transaction may be made using the promotional code per customer. The code may only be redeemed once and cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases already completed.
7. The promotional code may only be used on qualifying purchases with a transaction value between £5.00 and £1,500.00 inclusive, including VAT.
8. All discounts are subject to product availability at the participating exhibitor’s stand and apply only to qualifying products from the listed brands. Delivery charges, installation, servicing, labour, gift cards, and any products specifically excluded by the participating exhibitor are not eligible for discount unless expressly confirmed at the point of sale.
9. The promotional code is non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible customer to whom it was issued.
10. The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher or coupon unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. The promotional code has no cash value, is not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent.
12. The promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption of a promotional code where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse, or any attempt to circumvent these Terms and Conditions.
13. In the event of any dispute about eligibility, redemption, or application of the promotional discount, the promoter’s decision shall be final, subject always to the customer’s statutory rights.
14. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, legal requirements, or to protect the integrity of the promotion. Any such amendment will not affect valid redemptions already made unless required by law.
15. Where goods purchased using the promotional code are returned for a refund, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer after application of the discount, in accordance with the retailer's applicable returns policy and the customer's statutory rights.
16. This promotion does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
