Merchandiser.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Merchandiser to bring our premium brands including WOLF-Garten, Wilkinson Sword and Town & Country to life across garden centres and specialist machinery outlets.

In this hands-on, field-based role, you will play a key part in enhancing our in-store presence through impactful visual merchandising, ensuring our products stand out and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will also support promotional events and trade shows, helping to showcase our brands and maximise sales opportunities.

This is a field-based role, with the preferred candidate ideally located in the North Midlands, Staffordshire, South Yorkshire and Derbyshire area to ensure the territory can be easily covered. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a company vehicle will be provided. Occasional overnight stays may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating eye-catching product displays and maintaining high visual standards in-store.
• Supporting and attending events and trade shows.
• Managing stock levels and merchandising materials within budget.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong retail relationships.
• Working independently as well as seamlessly coordinating with the wider team.

Essential Criteria & Experience

• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently in a field-based capacity.
• Strong professional approach and excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence (Essential).

Desirable Skills

• Previous visual merchandising or sales floor experience within garden centres or high-volume retail environments.
• Knowledge of the premium lawn, garden, or outdoor living consumer goods markets.
