As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and ensure revenue and market growth. 

Key Accountabilities:

  •        Exclusive Brands and Dealerships

o   Work with manufacturer partner, sales and dealerships to increase awareness and preference for our ranges amongst our target audience

o   Define consumer experience and work with sales and dealerships to deliver

o   Generate new business leads and manage new business pipeline

o   Work with Sales teams to define and deploy end to end sales activation campaigns – ensuring campaign targets are well defined and measured

  •        Product Brands

o   Lead the development of product brands

o   Be the guardian and steward for the brand expression in all channels, ensuring it remains top of mind and the brand of choice to all user groups

o   Actively seek, test and develop new product and market development opportunities

  •        B2B Sales Activation & CRM

o   Design and deploy direct and sales-led campaigns

o   Develop and maintain a new business and lead generation pipeline to grow the customer base

o   Manage annual customer communications and promotional calendars

o   Implement feedback mechanisms and use insights to enhance customer and consumer offerings

  •        Digital

o   Increase the visibility of our brands and products

o   Use paid media to generate good quality leads and increase share of search and sales for our products

o   Grow the reach and effectiveness of our social media channels

o   Create and maintain a plan for the ongoing improvement and development of our websites – incorporating both performance metrics and customer feedback.

  •        Deployment of campaigns

o   Ensure all campaigns are well defined, briefed and executed within agreed deadlines

o   Develop campaigns with a ‘lowest cost without compromising quality’ mindset, continuously and constructively challenging stakeholders to achieve best outcomes

o   Curate and assist with shows and events

Professional Experience:

  •        Degree qualified – preferable a marketing qualification
  •        At least 5 years of marketing or related experience in a B2B environment
  •        Experience in a commercial marketing role, accountable for sales and lead generation
  •        Experience in CRM, digital channels and performance marketing is highly desired
  •        Experience in product and brand management is highly desired
  •        Experience in our markets would be favourable but not a requirement

Key Skills Sought:

  •        Able to understand, manipulate, summarise and present meaningful and actionable insights from data (financial and non-financial)
  •        Competent and proactive communicator, able to develop and build relationships and influence at all levels
  •        Practical project management skills, organised and flexible
  •        Proven performance in achieving against tight deadlines
  •        Self-motivated, confident, innovative and creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  •        Excellent team player with the confidence to take the lead, drive change and take ownership of projects
  •        Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail are essential
  •        Practical understanding of new marketing technologies and AI tools and how to deploy them
  •        Proven negotiation skills to achieve cost savings and timescales
  •        Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
