Product Manager - Marine Equipment Division

We are currently looking for a Product Manager for our Marine Equipment Division.

The Marine Equipment Division was set up in 2018 as a first step in establishing a portfolio of brands with the vision of becoming a leading distributor in the marine equipment and aftermarket sector. 

 Responsibilities include:

• Supporting full product portfolio management, including new product introductions, pricing updates, product deletions and supersessions, and inventory management.
• Contribution to product planning and road mapping to meet divisional growth expectations.
• Analysing product performance metrics – monitoring product adoption and collecting customer feedback.
• Providing product support to the Online Sales Manager and Marketing team, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving successful product launches.
• Competitor activity – analysis and countermeasures.
• Providing service and support and maintaining strong relationships with supplier partners.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven marine industry experience and be competent in managing an extensive product portfolio.   Applicants must be sales motivated, have thorough attention to detail, accurate and timely completion of tasks and the ability to work in a team, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
