Mercury Marine introduces the next-generation VesselView 903 display

Mercury Marine has introduced VesselView® 903, the company’s largest and most advanced multifunction display.

Mercury Marine is leading the industry with boating innovations, and VesselView® 903 joins their expanding portfolio of systems including joystick piloting for outboards, Active Trim, Skyhook GPS digital anchoring, VesselView® 703 and VesselView® Link.

VesselView® 903 features a bright 16x9 aspect ratio, high definition glass touchscreen with glare reducing coating and dimmable lighting. In line with VesselView® 703, the new advanced technology incorporates all the Simrad® accessories for the Go9 product line; radar, sonar transducers, fish finder transducers, AIS, VHF, sonic hub/fusion link, SiriusXM, C-Zone/Naviop digital switching, Bluetooth capability and more.

VesselView® 903 features a built-in 10Hz GPS and chart plotter capability, unique touch only screen interface that delivers intuitive display interaction and auto-notification of software updates through the embedded WiFi.

“The next generation VesselView technology enables boaters to simultaneously display information for up to four engines at a time in an easy-to-use, touch screen interface,” commented Ben Allen, General Manager for the Marine Leisure Division at Barrus, Mercury’s UK distributor.

The technology supports 16 languages and multiple unit conversions, and with VesselView Link, boaters have the option to fully integrate the propulsion system and make their display multi-functional.

In addition, VesselView® 903 provides a descriptive fault text display as well as up-to-date information for 30+ engine parameters including; fuel level & range, oil temperature & pressure, battery voltage, water depth, genset and more.

VesselView® 903 will be available from Mercury and Mariner authorised dealers from December 2017.
