Welcoming Richard Egan
Richard Egan joins us with a distinguished background in the construction and industrial sectors. During his career, Richard has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead teams, implement strategic initiatives, and drive sustainable growth. His forward-thinking approach and passion for innovation will be invaluable as we continue to evolve and strengthen our industrial operations. Joining on the 8th September Richard was previously the Sales Director at Holt JCB.

Honouring John Day’s Legacy
As we look to the future, we also pause to recognise the significant contributions of John Day. Since creating the Industrial Division 30 years ago, John has played the pivotal role in shaping our industrial division, fostering a culture of collaboration, and steering the business through significant industry changes. His leadership, expertise, and dedication have left an indelible mark on our organisation. John will continue to lead and support the division until his retirement at the end of March 2026, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful transition.

Leadership Transition
Richard and John will work closely together over the coming months to ensure continuity and to build on the strong foundation that has been established. This collaborative transition will help position our industrial business for ongoing success and sustained growth.
